The Harristown State High School annual Interhouse Cross Country and Hawk Walk will take place on Monday 30th March.
This year’s Interhouse Cross Country will be conducted at the Kearneys Spring Sporting Complex.
Students will attend Periods 1 to 4 as normal, first break will be 40 minutes duration, Period 5 will commence at 12:00pm and conclude at 12.35pm. Buses will depart at 12.40pm – 12.45pm from the bus interchange.

Students are to participate in sports uniform, sports academy uniform or house colours.
Normal sign out procedures apply should students wish to leave from the venue i.e. signed note from parents presented to the office staff before school. Office staff will issue a Leave Request. Student would then take the signed note and Leave Request to their Student Manager for authorization. This Leave Request along with the signed note from parent should then be presented to the teacher at the marshalling area, at the designated time of departure.
Year 12s will be on exam block, if attending Cross Country, students must be signed in at the office by 12:20pm to get to the bus interchange by 12:35pm.
Year 12s are NOT to drive themselves to Kearneys Spring, they must catch the bus from school.
HAWK WALK
Students not participating in the Cross Country will remain at school and complete the HAWK Walk.
At 1:15pm (end of 2nd break), students will go to the House Meeting areas below.
BALKUIN – Lecture Theatre
BARANG – Blue gym
BONDA – Auditorium
DHERWAIN – Yellow Gym
Year 12's will be on exam block and are not expected to attend Hawk Walk.
