Special education at Harristown is differentiated. Programs are implemented based on each individual’s need. A wide range of students with disabilities are supported, including those with intellectual impairment, autistic spectrum disorder, hearing, visual and/or physical impairments.

Curriculum is delivered both within the mainstream program, with the support of teachers’ aides, and in withdrawal sessions within the Special Education Program (SEP) facilities. We also have an off campus facility (The Annex), which caters to students with specific high needs.
