Interschool NAIDOC Cup

NAIDOC Cup Winners
Senior team accepting the Champion Cup

The 2016 Interschool NAIDOC Cup was hosted by Harristown State High School. Seven schools attended to play a friendly but competitive round robin of Indigenous Games. This is the second year for the Interschool NAIDOC Cup and we would like to thank Concordia, St Mary’s, St Ursula’s, Downlands and Toowoomba State High School Wilsonton and Mt Lofty Campuses for participating and making this year’s games a success. Also a huge thank you to our sponsors, Dusty Wilson and his team from PCYC and LeagueTek for supplying Referees for the day. Without you the Indigenous Games would not be possible.

Harristown State High School fielded the winning teams in both the Senior and Junior Division for 2016 (with a possible home ground advantage) and were honoured to have been a part of such a large community event. The students will be ready to defend the title next year.  Thank you to everyone involved and we look forward to seeing you all again next year.
